CDI partners work on industry needs and requirements in topic-specific working groups. They identify concrete measures for activities such as studies, theses and discussion papers.
Working method of the CDI Innovation Groups
In addition to fundamental topics relating to industrial decarbonisation, CDI partners work on ad hoc issues in the innovation groups. Thus new innovation groups can be created alongside the existing ones, if necessary. It is important that working topics are aligned with the cluster's topic portfolio.
Each innovation group meets up to three times a year, and communicates virtually between meetings. The CDI Coordination Office is responsible for all organisational tasks relating to the groups. The leadership team of the individual group primarily works on setting the agenda. Its members are elected every two years.
