The coordination office of the Cluster Decarbonisation in Industries (CDI) is run by the Competence Centre on Climate Change Mitigation in Energy-Intensive Industries (KEI). The KEI, a business unit of Zukunft - Umwelt - Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. It is necessary to collect certain information when you visit our website to enable you to make full use of our website.

  • Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR
    The right to restriction of processing includes your entitlement to prevent the further processing of your personal data for the time being. A restriction occurs above all in the examination phase of other rights acquisitions by you.
  • Right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR
    The right to data portability includes your entitlement to receive your personal data from the controller in a common, machine-readable format, e.g. as a PDF document, to forward it to another controller if necessary.
  • Right to object pursuant to Article 21 GDPR
    The right to data portability includes your entitlement to object to the further processing of your personal in specific circumstances insofar as this is justified to perform public tasks or in view of public and private interests. The right pursuant to § 36 BDSG does not apply if a public body is obliged by law to process the data.
  • Right to withdraw consent pursuant to Article 7, para 3 GDPR
    You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The relevant option to withdraw consent will be available on the corresponding website for which your consent was obtained.
